Elmira Orazaliyeva is a graduate of the Kazakh National University named after al-Farabi, majoring in Kazakh language and literature. She holds a master’s degree in Linguistics Theory from Kazakh National University named after al-Farabi. Elmira has defended her Doctoral dissertation on “Cognitive paradigm in Kazakh Linguistics” at the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2007.
Elmira has served as a Member of Dissertation Council on defense of Candidate’s dissertations at The Eurasian National University named after L. N. Gumilev from the period 2004-2007. She has held the post of Chairman of the Kazakh Language Department at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2007-2009, then acted as the Manager of the Program «Three lingual education» (Kazakh, English Russian). Served as the Deputy Director of the National School of public policy at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan from 2010-2013, and then served as the Head of the department of official and foreign languages in 2014.
Elmira holds various honors and distinctions for academic and professional achievements.
