Sandugash Kalybekkyzy joined Nazarbayev University as a Postdoctoral Scholar at the Department of Chemistry in 2023. She received her PhD from the Department of Chemistry, at Marmara University in 2020. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the same university in 2013. After obtaining her doctoral degree, Sandugash joined the Center for Energy and Advanced Materials Science at National Laboratory Astana as a Senior Researcher. Her research interests include polymer chemistry, nanofiber synthesis and application by electrospinning technique (membranes and separators), and organic-inorganic hybrid materials for energy storage devices.
