Research Interest
Synthesis and application of nitrogen-doped carbon nanoparticles; development of combined extraction-spectral methods for determination of heavy metals.
Saule Issayeva is Instructor at the Department of Chemistry in the School of Science and Humanities at Nazarbayev University. She received the Diploma in Chemistry from Moscow State University. She had a defense of her candidate of science degree in analytical chemistry (PhD) in Kazakh National University, the thesis focused on the development of spectroscopic methods for determination of heavy metals in the solid extracts.
She had research internship at the department of inorganic chemistry of the Technical University of Chemnitz (Germany), the topic of research was “Synthesis of zinc-containing nanocomposites and practical methods for their study”.
