Chethan Purushothama got his MBBS Degree from Rajiv Gandhi University,
Karnataka, India in 2002, & MD from manipal university, Manipal, India in 2009.
From 2009 till 2012 he has worked as Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Anatomy at
Manipal University. From 2012-2015 he worked in the Caribbean, at Medical
university of the Americas Teaching MD students Human Gross Anatomy & Human
Embryology. From 2015-2019 he was working at Nazarbayev university school of
medicine teaching MD students Human Gross Anatomy, Histology & embryology.
Currently he is working at SSH from 2019 till date. He is teaching undergraduates
Human Anatomy and Physiology.

In 2018 he was conferred Innovative teaching award at Nazarbayev University.
