DYNAMICS DAYS CENTRAL ASIA conference will be held online

8309722

Recent DDCA: Khiva, Uzbekistan, 2015, http://ddays2.sci.uz/, Nazarbayev University 2016, Bukhara, 2017, Uzbekistan, http://www.ddaysca4.las.uz/

The focus of these conferences is to present and discuss newly emerged issues in the science of complex nonlinear systems and their future prospects. In the past decades the science of Complexity has dealt with various fields of natural and social sciences through modeling, data analysis, prediction, and monitoring purposes. It employs methods from statistical physics, nonlinear dynamics and stochastic processes, and is exploring applications in biology, medicine, earth and environmental sciences, social sciences, economics and finance.

Complexity Science can contribute to the understanding and solving environmental and medical problems as well as problems of disaster management (e.g. earthquakes, landslides, avalanches, etc.), not only through the use of mathematical modeling , but also because new methods allow us to monitor the state of a system, forecast its evolution, and assess the probability of extreme events.

Thus, the main goal of these meetings is to bring together experienced researchers, young scholars and students from Central Asia and their colleagues from Europe, U.S., Japan, Korea and other countries around the world.

Date: 2-5 June

Time: 2pm – 7pm
