Dr. Helene Thibault submitted this photo at the occasion of the 2019 edition of the Association for the Studies of Nationalities conference, which she attends in NY every year. Her photo was selected among others to feature on the next issues of the journal they publish: The Nationalities Papers. You can see the issue here.
