Registration for the SSH Virtual Open House Day is open

Nazarbayev University School of Sciences and Humanities is pleased to invite you to attend the Spring Open House Day on 10th of March, 2021. Please register below, we will send you the link prior to the event. 

Our School offers Masters Degrees in Biology, Chemistry, Economics, Eurasian Studies, Math, Physics, and Political Science & International Relations and for doctoral students we offer PhDs in the Sciences as well as Eurasian Studies.

At the SSH Virtual Open House Day, you can get detailed information about the School’s programs, research opportunities, application process, as well as ask the Managers for Academic and Student Affairs of the School questions of your interest.

Professor Ulan will talk about research in the fields of Humanities and Social Sciences, and current research conducted in departments of the School. He will share information on the research opportunities within the Master’s and PhD programs.

  • “Launching a start-up while studying”

Aidana, current undergraduate student in Biological Sciences, will talk about launching her own start-up “HydroPlat”. At NU there are various possibilities for self-development: one can participate in conferences, others can switch their ideas to start-ups. She will share her success story on how to handle studying at SSH NU and participating in a number of international conferences, contests and championships.
