This year orientation days took place on   August 28th for undergraduate students and September 4th for graduate students. As usual, these events contained a lot of information about the upcoming student life, how to make the most out of university offerings, course registration and tours.

The School of humanities and social sciences accepted 228 BA students in 2017, in comparison to 200 in the past year. The Economics department has the largest number of students.  SHSS also accepted 23 graduate students, 8 in Eurasian Studies, 8 in Political Science and International Relations, and 7 in Economics.

SHSS is also happy to welcome and host our international student from Mexico – Sandra Real, who is going to be among our local students and will be part of the Eurasian Studies Master’s program.
