The 65th Annual Meeting of the PIAC is to be held in Astana, Kazakhstan. The Meeting will be hosted by Nazarbayev University and co-sponsored by the International Turkic Academy. The organizers wish to place particular emphasis on the wide spectrum of academic interests traditionally represented at the PIAC Meetings, e.g. philology, linguistics as well as historical and cultural interactions of the Eurasian steppe regions. The Central theme for the 65th meeting is:

Participation fee
The participation fee includes registration, room (Hampton by Hilton Astana Triumphal Arch) and board, local sightseeing and a one-day excursion.
- Single room: 595 Euro
- Double room: 460 Euro per person
- Participants not requiring accommodation: 295 Euro per person
Payment instructions
The participation fee is payable in advance by credit or debit card. Full payment must be received no later than June 15, 2023.
The participation fee will be collected in Kazakhstani Tenge (the corresponding equivalent in US dollars and Euros is given below):
