Я ассистент профессор кафедры политологии и международных отношений Назарбаев Университета. Мое исследование, которое на сегодняшний день сосредоточено на Африке к югу от Сахары, исследует роль местных и национальных элит в политическом развитии. Меня особенно интересует влияние межэлитной и внутриэлитной борьбы на способность и эффективность государства, политическую значимость коллективных идентичностей и социальное благополучие. Я читаю курсы по сравнительной политике, африканской политике, международному развитию и методам исследования.
